It is located in Ortigia, in the course of the same name, the most elegant street of the Old Town. Located on the first floor of a magnificent palace of the '30s, an elevator is located inside, it has two apartments with high quality finishes, recently renovated, and it's run by the owners. The apartments finely furnished in a modern style, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere . Each of them is very comfortable for two people and, occasionally, can accept up to a max of four people. They are all composed of a bedroom with two bed, a living/dining area with kitchen and a bathroom with shower and drying rack on the wall. The living/dining area has a sofa bed for two people and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, freezer, electric oven and hob.
The two apartments have separate entrances, precisely: same entry for Two apartments, then inside hallway with two respective independent entraces and with acces to the common room services - Laundry

The Feast of Saint Lucia Saint Lucia or quail is one of the deepest traditions of Syracuse . The festival traditionally takes place every year on the first Sunday of May.
